The combination of Physiotherapy in the initial stages of assessment and management and Exercise Physiology for individual exercise programming really helps you to regain a sense of control over your body, manage pain and increase strength so that you are able to look after yourself and your baby.

When you're ready to return to exercise we can guide the process safely and effectively.
